Fridge is always a plus when traveling with little ones.
Bed was uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly. Guests were a bit noisy since it is an extended stay hotel. The bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I couldn't get any sleep. The reason we stayed overnight was so that we'd be rested for doctor appointments the next morning and driving home and we were both very exhausted because of the bed and pillows. ...read more

It had a very comfortable chair to rock my kids in. Way better than the typical office chairs.
It smelled like cigarette smoke.

Probably good for actual extended stayers. The kitchen was well equipped. Having to wash dishes in the morning instead of using a free breakfast was kind of annoying for a one-night stay.

This hotel was filthy and very un hospitable. A tremendous disappointment. Smoke smell in non-smoking. No towels unless you call and beg.

To have a kitchen in the room.
The room was not as clean as I wanted. It had hair left in the bed.

The floors need some serious cleaning they leave your feet and socks black. There was hair in our bed and hair in the shower. It was nice to have a kitchen and cook meals and wash up baby bottles
